The Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture has announced a new food hygiene workshop for businesses - after its last one was cancelled because of a lack of interest.
Its next Safer Food Better Business event will take place on Tuesday, August 5 from 9.30am at the Knockaloe classroom in Patrick.
The initiative hopes to raise food safety standards and improve compliance with hygiene regulations.
