The public is being warned to be vigilant after reports of a new email scam hitting people’s inboxes.
The Office of Fair Trading says the scam is allegedly appearing from a well known airline company.
It tells the recipient they have been selected as one of six winners of a £4 million prize pot.
People are being told not to respond and that if something seems too good to be true it probably is.
