New byelaws banning dogs from areas in Laxey will be laid before Tynwald this week.
When the court sits on Tuesday, the Garff Dog Control Byelaws will be laid before the court.
The new rules would ban dogs from Laxey Promenade Greens and Henry Bloom Noble Green as well as Laxey Football Club, the Glen Road Recreation Area and play areas and schools.
Beaches would also be off-limits north of the Green Creek Sauna from 10am to 6pm between May and September.
