New health advice around Coronavirus has been released today following the outbreak of the illness in Italy.
Manx officials are echoing guidelines from the UK Health Secretary asking for anyone returning from quarantined towns and villages north of Pisa to self-isolate whether they have symptoms or not.
There are no special measures for other parts of Northern Italy unless people returning from there have flu-like symptoms.
Currently, there are no confirmed cases on the Isle of Man and Public Health IOM revealed this week 10 people have been tested for Covid-19 but all results came back negative.
The Island government's dedicated page for Coronavirus is updated daily and information can be found at www.gov.im/coronavirus .
