Work is now well under way on a new facility for adults with learning disabilities.
The £5 million project will provide a day service at Noble's Hospital in Braddan.
The plan was approved earlier in the year at the July sitting of Tynwald, and aims to improve resources available for adults with learning disabilities.
The new building is set to open in early 2019.
