A proposed business park development set for the south of the Island could create hundreds of jobs.
Isle of Man Enterprises last week revealed its plans for a 108,000 square feet facility which would house office buildings and a 75 bedroom hotel.
The business park would be sited on land south of the Ronaldsway Industrial Estate.
