People with bladder problems on the Isle of Man are being urged to seek help.
The Department of Health and Social Care is promoting World Continence Week by producing a leaflet 'Promoting Healthy Bladders'.
Around 14 million people in the UK are affected by bladder problems - it's sometimes considered an embarrassing topic to talk about.
