A new lifeboat in the south of the Island will be named later.
Port St Mary RNLI station is hosting a celebration this afternoon as it names its new D-Class lifeboat.
The inshore lifeboat has been used by the RNLI for more than 50 years and the Frank Martin joins the Trent-class Gough Ritchie II.
Members of the public are welcome to attend the event, which starts at 2pm at the station on Lime Street.
