A local branch of an organisation has welcomed a consultation on Assisted Dying.
The recently formed 'My Death My Decision' group is urging residents to respond.
The group campaigns to adults of sound mind who are either incurably suffering, or terminally ill, the right to have an assisted death.
Local organiser, Vicky Christian, says the people of the Island deserve the right at a time and place of their choosing.
