The Manx Wildlife Trust is looking to bring the Port Erin Festival of the Sea to life.
The event had been running for years as The Queenie Festival but had to be cancelled last year.
The MWT calls the festival 'a celebration of all things marine' and describes it as a great way to engage the public with the vast amount of marine life that cen be seen in Manx waters.
For 2017 the charity has partnered with Discover Diving and the team at Port Erin Beach festival to ensure the event will go ahead.
The festival will have touch tanks, displays and activities to explore the marine heritage and environment and will take place on the weekend of 22nd-23rd of July.
