Manx Wildlife Trust is weighing in on the argument to cut down on plastics as they plan to build a sculpture out of the material.
The organisation is inviting residents to contribute to a 10-foot high tree made entirely out of unused plastics from the Island.
The project is part of a partnership between MWT and UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man for the 2018 Festival of Trees.
It will be planted at Ronaldsway Airport for the festival that runs from November 30 to January 6.
