Could you help look after seal pups which end up on the Islands beaches?
Manx Wildlife Trust is looking for volunteer 'seal sitters' who could keep an eye on the young animals should they come ashore in public places and make sure people and dogs are kept away.
The trust says generally the creatures come out of the water as they simply need a rest and that with stormier conditions being seen each year more and more of them are being hauled out onto more popular beaches.
The organisation says anyone interested will receive training from its Marine Officer and to book and find out more information contact lara@manxwt.org.uk - training will then take place at its Peel office on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at 7pm.
