Text messages, photographs and audio recordings collated as part of a murder investigation have been shown to a jury.
The correspondence makes up part of the trial of Castletown man Ian Anderson who stands accused of murdering 60-year-old Neil Roberts in December 2013.
Messages which date back to January 2013 detail an affair between Mr Roberts and Anderson's wife Alison - on numerous occasions the two declared their love for each other.
Jurors were also played an explicit audio recording, found on Anderson's phone, of him explaining how he'd returned home to find his wife in bed with another man.
A video, on September 28th, showed Anderson walking alone on a beach telling the camera it is his 22nd wedding anniversary and he doesn't "feel good about it".
A photograph of a leopard print basque, belonging to Mrs Anderson, which was found in Mr Robert's car, after his death, was also shown in court.
On November 29th Mr Roberts sent Mrs Anderson a text saying "I love and worry about you" - she responded saying "Do not forget I love you. Looking forward to spending my life with you".
The following evening at 7.07pm she sent him a text saying "I love you".
Mr Robert's body was found at the Anderson's home on Queen Street in the early hours of December 1st - Ian Anderson denies murder. The trial continues.
