A major incident took place in the west of the Island this afternoon, with an air ambulance being brought in to help.
Eyewitnesses reported seeing the helicopter land in Peel earlier today, Thursday, September 4.
Ambulances and police were also seen heading to the scene.
Douglas Coastguard later confirmed it was involved with a medical transfer at Noble's Hospital.
No further details have been released at this time.
