Proposals have been put forward to create a new multi-million pound care home in Douglas.
Homefield Care is looking to create the facility at the Homefield site on Woodbourne Road which if approved would be able to house over 70 residents and create around 60 new jobs.
Over £5million is expected to be put into the project, which would see the existing building demolished and the new complex built in its place.
If given the green light, Homefield Care says it hopes beds will be available between mid and late 2021.
