Manx Telecom says it's hoping to encourage more wildlife by creating two ponds at its headquarters in Braddan.
It's applied for planning permission to build the ponds after asking for advice from the Manx Wildlife Trust about what it could do to improve the local ecology.
Both bodies of water would be dug by hand as part of teambuilding exercises and feature access areas where local animals can easily access them.
The company also says it'll plant trees as well as native wildflowers around the features.
