A seal tangled in fishing rope has been rescued thanks to a local charity.
The Manx SPCA found the seal stuck in rope at Glen Maye beach earlier today.
The creature was badly tangled and had to be cut free.
The charity says luckily the seal appeared okay and bounced off into the sea.
