Mountain to shut for essential pot hole repairs

The Mountain Road will be closed between 10am and 1pm today to allow for essential road works.

The Department of Infrastructure have closed the busy road so they can begin repairs on the large number of pot holes that appeared as a result of the big freeze last year.

It also reflects the big effort ongoing to ensure the TT course will be safe and ready in time for this years event.

The road will be closed between the Bungalow and Sulby Glen Road, and Barrule Park in Ramsey.
