The Peveril Motorcycle and Light Car Club circuit in Santon will be refurbished this year thanks to a £10,000 grant from the Manx Lottery Trust.
From the funds, the organisation wants to create a new, dedicated off-road motorcycle course for both practice and competitions as well as improving the existing facilities.
The club has been around for almost 100 years and holds trials and motorcross events each month and also organises the Douglas Beach Race during the TT.
