Police have confirmed a motorbike found at the bottom of a cliff in Peel last week was an abandoned vehicle.
It was spotted by a passing boat on Friday morning - the people on-board contacted Peel Coastguard who searched the area in case the rider was injured.
When they found nothing they contacted police who after investigating were able to confirm it had been dumped.
It's believed the coastguard will try and recover the vehicle during a training exercise tomorrow evening.
