Manx Care says fewer than one in four complaints from its employees have been upheld in the past five years.
A Freedom of Information request asked for details about grievances, whistleblowing and fairness at work complaints since the organization was set up in 2021.
In its response, Manx Care said 73 such complaints had been lodged, with 57 internal investigations launched.
Only nine were partially upheld, with another eight upheld in full.
