A company's asked for more time to redevelop a former holiday camp in Onchan.
Allprop Ltd, based in Ballasalla, was given permission to build a home with staff quarters and an office on the Howstrake Holiday Camp on King Edward Road in 2017.
But it says after the government released an area plan for the East, investors had concerns over a site assessment in the document.
Allprop says it needs the extra time to conclude its land sale negotiations.
