Port Erin Commissioners have released more images of the proposed development of the Cosy Nook cafe.
The venue has been shut since May last year and now the authority is planning to remove the existing building to replace it with a larger, raised facility with disabled access to the beach.
So far, the ideas have split opinion among residents - while some have praised the commissioners for suggesting a more modern complex, others disagree with the scale and design.
The new images for the proposals can now be viewed on the Port Erin Commissioners website.
