A company has applied to add extra flats to a development in the south of the Island after nobody came forward to lease commercial space.
Hartford Homes had hoped to have a café or health facility in the former Bayqueen Hotel development on Port St Mary Promenade, but says there was little interest from businesses.
It's now submitted a planning application to turn some of the space into two extra flats.
If approved, it would bring the total number of apartments on the site to 25.
