The Treasury Minister says that money taken from the National Insurance Fund during the pandemic will not be returned.
Dr Alex Allinson was asked in the House of Keys how much of the National Insurance fund was used for COVID-related salary support and if the money would be returned.
He said that two schemes were funded during the pandemic, the Manx Earnings Replacement Allowance and the Salary Support Scheme.
In total £90.6 million was taken from the fund to support these schemes but this won't be returned:
