A Douglas man has been fined £300 for using his mobile phone while driving.
Darren Noel Dooley of Oak Avenue in Pulrose admitted the offence when he appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Jayne Hughes.
The court heard he was spotted by a member of the public on June 20 - they caught him on dashcam using his phone as he drove along Peel Road in Douglas.
Mrs Hughes fined him £300, ordered him to pay £50 costs and endorsed his driving license with four points.
