What rules are there in place on Police using pepper spray on vulnerable people?
Council Member David Cretney will put the question to Home Affairs Minister when Tynwald sits tomorrow.
In the same sitting, he'll also ask if Police have recently reviewed policies and procedures regarding vulnerable people in custody.
The sitting will take place tomorrow morning in Douglas at 10.30am.
