Manx Care says the minor injuries unit in the north of the Island will be shut later this afternoon.
The Ramsey facility is due to close from 3pm because of staff illness.
It's due to reopen tomorrow from 8am.
Manx Care says Noble's Hospital's Emergency Department will provide a minor injuries service.
