Minister trying to find extra money for Health Service

It's time to find new ways to pump additional funds into the Island's Health Service: 

 
The Health and Social Care Minister voiced his concerns about finances in Tynwald yesterday.
 
Each individual Manx resident now pays an average of £2,387 into the service - however at Noble's Hospital last year there was still an overspend of £10 million.
 
Howard Quayle says it's time to look at how the money's balanced to stop staff lobbying in silo to suit other agendas:
