The Manx Utilities chairman says traffic problems caused by closing Kewaigue Hill were unavoidable, but the work's been essential.
In Tynwald this week John Wannenburgh was asked by Arbory, Castletown, and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse whether MU had collected data on car flow before the closure.
Shutting the road by White Hoe Industrial Estate caused lengthy delays for drivers around Douglas, though it'll partly re-open tomorrow, Thursday, March 18.
