Not all signpoles being put up in Douglas and Onchan are marking the start of 20mph limits.
That's according to Infrastructure Minister Michelle Haywood, facing questions in the House of Keys from Onchan MHK Julie Edge about signpoles being installed.
Mrs Edge said she was concerned the installations were happening while a public consultation was still being held.
