Onchan MHK Rob Callister has accused the Island's health and social care minister of misleading the public over plans to make more people pay for treatment.
Kate Beecroft claimed on Facebook all departmental members supported the moves - but Mr Callister says that's simply not the case.
He stepped down from the department after Mrs Beecroft tried to enlist his help ousting chief executive Malcom Couch.
And he says he never supported plans to scrap free prescriptions for those aged over 65:
