The Island's infrastructure minister says she's hoping to improve bus access for people in wheelchairs or mobility scooters.
In the House of Keys this week she faced questions about accessibility from Douglas Central MHK Chris Thomas.
Dr Haywood said all buses currently have wheelchair ramps, and people with mobility scooters are individually assessed on their vehicles.
But she said steps are being made to make services better:
