The Island's Minimum Wage will increase from April 1 following Tynwald approval last month.
The Hourly Rate will increase from £11.45 to £12.25, an increase of 7%.
The Department for Enterprise say work is ongoing in achieving the Tynwald policy of making Minimum Wage the same as Living Wage by July 2026.
The Minister for Enterprise Tim Johnston says the Department wants to create a 'safety net' for low paid workers, but still needs to consider the impact on local businesses.
