When members gather on Tuesday, he'll ask Justice and Home Affairs Minister Jane Poole-Wilson how many people who paid cash for tickets had been investigated or charged in the last two years.
Members will gather for next week's Keys sitting from 10am on Tuesday in Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
