MHK slams inefficient LegCo election process

That's the message from Rushen MHK Juan Watterson following yesterday's events in the House of Keys - which saw Bill Henderson and David Cretney joining LegCo. 

 

He says with only two elected so far, and the other two to be determined in roughly six weeks time, it's only a job half done.
