An MHK wants to know how much it would cost the government to raise the personal tax allowance.
Ramsey MHK Lawrie Hooper's tabled a Tynwald question for written reply to Treasury Minister Chris Thomas about it.
He's asking what the annual cost would be of various increases to the allowance ranging from £250 to £10,000.
The minister has until Tuesday, February 10 to respond.
