An Ayre and Michael MHK will quiz the Economic Development Minister about how the TT trademark is being defended next week.
In the House of Keys on Tuesday Tim Baker will ask Lawence Skelly about the TT brand and the department's policy.
It follows high-profile rows with Bushy's Brewery, the RNLI and local crafters about the rights to use the TT initials.
Mr Baker says he's worried the department hasn't thought its policy through properly:
