MHK queries planning appeal productivity

How much work goes into making a decision on a planning appeal?

That's the question being posed in the House of Keys today from Douglas West MHK Chris Thomas.

He'll ask the Environment, Food and Agriculture Minister what investigations he carries out when making the decision.
