MHK promises commissioners will have 'strong voice'

Newly elected Rob Callister says it's something that has been missing for 'far too long'. 

 

He topped the poll in Onchan at September's General Election - meaning he's had to resign from his position as a commissioner. 

 

In his letter of resignation to the board he says he wants to work in partnership with the commissioners going forward. 

 

He says he'll always make himself available at short notice to meet, listen and represent the views or concerns of the commissioners.
