A Garff MHK is against Orsted's offshore windfarm plan because of the impact on shipping routes, wildlife and the Island's biosphere status.
Andrew Smith was at a public meeting to discuss the plan and says the overwhelming view of residents is it isn't right for the Island.
It's after the Council of Ministers confirmed it will examine the application which would feature 87 turbines off the east coast.
