Government has amended plans to revamp Douglas Promenade without telling the public.
That's according to Onchan MHK David Quirk.
After a discussion with planning - he says a change was submitted before the comprehensive consultation ended yesterday.
The Department of Infrastructure wants to start the £21 million refurbishment works in November.
Mr Quirk says there's no point in parlaying with the public if the DoI is going to jump the gun:
