MHK claims greener public transport has 'zero effect' on climate change

An MHK claims cutting greenhouse gas emissions from the Island's public transport network is expensive and pointless.

In the House of Keys this week, the chair of the Island's Climate Change Transformation Board Daphne Caine faced questions about plans to have a greener transport system.
