An MHK is calling for a select committee to investigate potential safety issues with so-called 'bendy buses'.
North Douglas's John Houghton will discuss the idea in Tynwald next week.
He wants a committee to question the Department of Community, Culture and Leisure to see if it’s taken appropriate steps over introducing the articulated vehicles.
The department is looking to bring them into service this year, using them on school runs as a way of saving money.
However Mr Houghton told us he’s adamant a proper investigation needs to happen first:
