A company run by a Douglas MHK which was forced to shut its city centre shop earlier this year has applied to be dissolved.
Clare Christian Couture on Victoria Street announced it would close its doors in April after ten years of trading.
Now the company, headed by Douglas South MHK Claire Christian, has applied to the Department for Enterprise to be dissolved.
The department can do so within a month if no written objections are made.
