Met Office statistics show a very mixed Summer

Statistics released by the Met Office show a very mixed picture for Summer 2015.

We experienced slightly above the rainfall average - with 650 hours of sunshine and windier conditions than usual.
 
There were two notable weather events; with the highest June wind speed record set at the start of the TT recording gusts of up to 63 mph.
