M.E.R services now back to normal following Ballaglass Glen rescue
M.E.R. services between Laxey and Ramsey were suspended temporarily this afternoon while emergency services were called to rescue an injured walker.
Trams were stopped to allow firecrews using a specialised 6x6 off road appliciance and paramedics access across the railway into Ballaglass Glen to attend to the casualty.
Services on the M.E.R have now resumed.
