A menopause educator wants women to be more aware of their own symptoms.
As part of World Menopause Awareness Month, Trudi Roscouet has launched a campaign to educate women and help businesses become more menopause friendly.
Speaking to 3FM, she said it's important that women can speak to their doctors:
Castle Rushen will be lit up with Trudi's 'It's Time To Talk Menopause' symbol tonight as part of her campaign, with some buses also displaying the message.
