Five men have been charged with conspiracy offences in relation to drug trafficking.
They will appear at Douglas Courthouse later this morning.
Six men were arrested earlier this week as part of an investigation into the production of controlled drugs into the Isle of Man.
One man has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
