Officials of the Island's Meat Plant will be called before a Tynwald committee from later this week.
The Environment and Infrastructure Policy Review Committee will hear evidence from senior officials of the facility as it carries out an inquiry into the structure for processing and marketing meat there.
Officials Veterinarian, Dr Valenti Canal; Chief Veterinary Officer, Dr Tanya Gunnarsdottir and Director of Regulation, Ian Mansell, will appear before the panel from 10.30am on Friday at Legislative Buildings in Douglas.
Keith Kerruish of Ballafayle is then due to give evidence next Monday (May 24) with Chairman, Tim Baker MHK, and Meat Plant Director, Phil Parsons, then also appearing on Monday, June 7.
